Camera Strap Twisted.....OP-TECH USA

This is a shout out to OP-TECH USA for a great customer service. My camera strap seem to be in the shape of a corkscrew. Part of the strap was twisted even when the camera wasn't on the strap. They (OP-TECH USA)asked if I could send them the strap along with some photos of how I wear it when shooting. I shoot action sports and they wanted to see what was going on with the strap (Super Class Strap).
They ( OP-TECH USA) wanted to send me a new replacement strap. When the saw the photos of me using their strap they asked if I would like to add some length to it. I said sure, add 16 inches please. Which would give me an added eight inches when shooting.
Just checked with customer service Sheila Neidhardt, have to give this lady 5 STARS for putting up with me. If all companies had people like Sheila you wouldn't never hear any complaints about customer service. Even when I blew my top Sheila treated me like I was the company owner. My new and longer camera strap is on its way..... Life is good again.

A wonderful Montana company that I have dealt with since 1982. I love their straps and always recommend them. Great products at a great price.
