Had good friends visit last week and a highlight was our annual visit the Univ of Florida Museum of Natural History and the Butterfly Rain Forest. in Gainesville If you go on a weekday try to be there at 2:00 PM. They release a new hatch of butterflies and moths at that time and give a little talk. It is a wonderful setting with exotic plants, orchids, a couple of waterfalls etc. Every step is a photo op.

Butterflies can be so pretty. Two years ago my daughters took my wife and me to the Butterfly House (not sure of name) in Deerfield, MA. One of my favorites was the Dead-Leaf butterfly. I looked like a dead leaf until it opened its wings, then very pretty. I should probably check my archives and post some of the shots here.
BTW, your pictures were very nice. Sometimes it is tough to get them to sit still.
