I have used Snapseed for a long time with wonderful success on my iPad Pro. A few days ago I could not open photos to edit them, none! I’m using the latest version of iOS, 12.2 and have not had any editing
issues with other apps. Also, I have Googled the heck out of this issue with no remedies, gone on Google
help site but I’m unable to access the settings on Snapseed. All I get, in their answers, doesn’t work and I can’t get any help except for an automated text. Does anyone know how to ACTUALLY speak to a live person? Can anyone suggest a way for me to resolve this problem?
Like you, I’ve used Snapseed as a stand-alone tool on my iPad Pro for several years. Can’t imagine what is causing the problem. My only ‘WAG’ guess is that your copy of Snapseed may have somehow been corrupted. Can you completely delete and then re-load it? Good luck. /Ralph
Also use Snapseed on cell, no problems. On very rare occasions, with constant updates, an app can become corrupt (had that happen to FB recently after years of use). Best is to just delete it, reboot iPad, then reload it.
Thanks to both of you. I did delete and reload it before I posted this, but I failed to reboot my iPad.
So I deleted the app, went on the App Store and reloaded it from the cloud, AND THEN I did a hard
restart on my iPad, that I failed to do before. Thanks again, Jeff
Sounds corrupted. Delete it, reboot, and download it again.

Yes it did, thanks
Good to know that deleting the app and reloading it then rebooting fixed the problem!
