For those beginning Post Processing or Image Restoration and Retouching, this is an easier introduction. It is definitely less powerful than Photoshop or GIMP, but easier to learn and master. Once one has mastered the basics, one will find that this is either good enough or that they need to take that next step to professional tools. For some, it may circumvent the initial frustration that could prevent them from continuing.
I checked it out from the library to decide if I wanted a copy. Yes -- Have to have it!
