Another really nice lens is the Minolta 100-300mm D version
I have. I like it better than the Sony 70-300mm G SSM lens
it is much smaller and lighter than the G lens. I like the color
better than the Sony lens.
This was the last version of the 100-300mm lens. Earlier versions
of this lens weren't any where near as good.

Yes the 100-300mmD fits right on the A77 and the A77 ii. No adapters necessary
There is no mold and is in good shape. Has 7 pin connection so has all functions
that say the 70-300mm has. The quality of the pictures are on par with that lens.
Differences are pro much lighter. Con uses the camera's manual drive for the focus.
You can hear it where you would not hear new 70-300.

yes fits right on the A77 and the A77 ii. No adapters necessary
There is no mold and is in good shape. It is auto focus and
works great in day light. It is an F8 lens so not going to auto focus
at night time.
