Great shot with unique angle...I hear and see them in the woods and park behind our house, but I've never bagged one with the camera yet...you've got me challenged!

Thanx SR ….Last year I camped at a very wooded RV campground. It was full of red bellied, red headed and pileated woodpeckers. I had just started this photography thing and was very fortunate to have so many beautiful subjects.

This species is on my bucket list to get a nice picture of. I recently moved into an area where they are known, not common, but known. I have hopes. . . beautiful bird, beautiful shot.
