Butterfly.
Post process on this was actually more involved than I would like but trying to work out of my comfort zone. Any input would be great. All aspects of photo up for critique. Edited in Photoshop. Original included.
Excellent and thank you. Wondering what camera and settings you used? Very impressive
I cropped the original to remove distractions and put the butterfly in the upper right node of rule of thirds. I tried to leave in some of the similarly colored flowers.
Very nice. Interesting that thos butterflies can be found in most parts of the world.

Like the butterfly being more prominent. Thank you for your input.

Make sure it is 2 weeks, I am at Hilton Head Island now.
Nice Butterfly in all that Saw Grass or whatever it is.....wow
Not sure what your vision is but I find the screens behind the subject distracting with no easy way to take them out. I processed the whole original image with Topaz DeNoise AI. Cropped the image to about 3x4 inches. Used PS 'Image Size' to increase the cropped image to about 8x9. The butterfly withstands the upsizing well, the screen, while a little remains, is unrecognizable.
A great download of this beautiful Gulf Fritillary!
