Thanks everyone, if my internet were not so unreliable (ATT) I would post larger images because the downsizing does diminish the images a little, but then again I am a pixel peeper having cut my teeth in macro. When birding you often are cropping a great deal so a sharp lens is important. Later this week I will try to get over to the National Seashore and see if I can't find some interesting birds to shoot.
