I am very happy with Nations Photo Lab. They charged me $25.00 to ship metal prints to Alaska, so it should be similarly priced to Hawaii.

I have had fine results with McKennaPro. The prints really pop.

Best I have ever seen is HD Aluminum Prints in Vancouver, WA. https://www.hdaluminumprints.com/

All the work I have seen from HD are spectacular. I would also recommend this place.

I second Costco. Had a metal of a sunset done that came out simply stunning. Just be sure you uncheck the default "auto correct image" or it might not turn out how you would like. I did a test run first with a standard print.

This is a great list. I would also recommend White Wall.

ArtBeat Studios in Irvine (Orange County) California is outstanding. The prices are reasonable and the work is very professional. Just remember that metal printing is definitely more expensive than fine art paper but you do get what you pay for. I have worked with them for several years and never been disappointed.

Avoid Costco. Their metal prints are disappointing-truly a case pf getting what you pay for.

Am unfamiliiar with Kodak "metallic" inkjet paper, but their wet process paper was superb.

I've been using Red River metallic and it looks quite good, and is generally affordable. Get on their mailing list and once or twice a year it's on sale. And their sales offer a substantial discount.

Aloha! I have finally got a shot that is worthy for print. But have tried a local print place and the quality and color don't do the picture justice. Can anyone recommend an online place to get large professional metal prints? I am in Hawaii so they have to be able to ship here.

A friend and I have been trying out PrinterPix.com. Had 3 prints on metal from them so far and the results are great. The price is REALLY great if you go to Groupon first ! 16x20 metal print for around $20 . If you buy 3, you can get - through Groupon - 3 for $25 with $20 for shipping. Other ridiculous prices for smaller ones. My suggestion is get the small groupon and see how the quality is for your shot. If good - go for the big one (they have larger sizes as well).

All prints so far have been way beyond what I expected of the quality of a $25 print. The PrinterPix site has the full cost as $150 !

Did you PP this on a calibrated monitor? It’s possible that your printer gave you exactly what you asked for. It’s also impossible to tell from that small pic if there are any other issues affecting the quality. You might want to try uploading the pic and checking the “store original” box

Give Aluminize.com a try. They produce a very nice print and give fairly quick deliveries.
You should send for their sample pack first to decide which finish you like.
Great quality with a nice choice of mounting systems

Late to the game because I was away...

I have used Magna Chrome in the Bay Area. I don't know how he does it, and he won't say(!), but they are spectacular without the colors being changed. I was looking for a metal print that stood out and I got it. He's the only guy I would order metal from, even though he's on the other side of the country from me. It was processed and delivered quickly, too.
