I did a virtual crop and found the resulting image to lack balance found in the original. If you're not planning to enlarge it to the fullest, I think you're OK. Not everything in a photo has to be tack sharp.

Great photo. To me the grasses are not offensive at all. I think you need them for balance in that corner of the photo.

Thanks for all of the good suggestions re OOF grasses. I will print a proof with the grasses and hava look. I left them in originally for compositional balance without realizing they were so soft.

If you were standing there looking at the scenery, they would be soft also.

I agree with the majority, leave them in, they add to the depth and scale. Beautiful photo.
