Printer Paper Profiles

I just bought a Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer and, with the help of Canon's technicians, got it up and running. I noticed that the list of papers in their software excludes those made by Epson and other brands I need to use. The Canon technician said I could download the ICC profiles from the paper manufacture's website, but I cannot find anything on Epson's website or any of the other brand's webpages. I know that those profiles are available because I have used both Epson and Canon printers that have the profiles for the papers I need on their menu's. Could someone please tell me how to get add-on ICC profiles for my printer.

Thank you for the reply. The ICC profiles you found are for Epson papers on Epson printers. I need profiles for Epson papers on Canon printers. Any ideas?

Opps, sorry about that.

Here is the site with Canon's profiles for third party papers: (they don't include Epson)

Here is help with Epson paper:

Here is Jose's channel on YouTube: (He has a lot of good stuff for the Pro-100, like how to do 13 x 26 pano prints.

I have concluded that Epson doesn't cooperate in getting profiles for their papers on any other brand printers. I don't know, the only photo printers I have owned were HP and now Canon (Pro-100). Custom profiles cost $ to have done for you. The general idea seems to be experiment to see which profile for a similar paper does the best job and then tweak your settings until you are satisfied with the results. Once you have used up your supply of Epson paper I think your best route is find another brand/type of paper that profiles are available for and switch to that. In the case of Red River paper you can get sample packs with multiple types of paper - usually two sheets each - and try them to see what you like. It is also a good way to find new paper types/finishes without having to buy whole packs. After I found some I liked I then ordered a couple of extra sample packs and sorted the papers out and have them filed for special purpose use. Of course I also ordered packs of the papers I decided to use. However that said, I usually use Canon Pro Luster and for general non-critical printing I use the Paper from Costco which I believe is made by Mitsubishi in Japan.

I also use Precision Colors ink refill kits and PC has profiles on their site. They seem to have done a lot of work and really like the Canon Pro-100.
