Out and about with some friends in a small town near home, brought the camera for some practice and spotted the clock tower when coming into town decided to do a series of shots from different locations throughout town.....

Thanks! It was lots of fun; played with different settings and different lenses. Learning a lot now that the weather is getting nicer. Since going dslr in late November then stopped using full auto in January starting to understand aperture and shutter speeds today got a glimpse of the association between iso and shutter speed...cloudy low light situation was on ap priority bumped iso up to 400 (took it off of auto) got really nice exposure but shutter speed was a little slow and fought with motion (only had 20 mins on lunch to play) but plan to experiment some more in morning....I try to pick my camera up everyday for at least 15 mins, view 2 hours of tuturials (various free sites) every week next goal is to start a weekly "take one lens and shoot one subject, rule or setting" assignment.
