The Court filing was a year ago. That there has been no proceeding means the case has no merit. The meat of the complaint is baloney.

You obviously didn't read the entire article. There was no proceeding because the FEC failed it's duty. The law provides other remedy that is being sought. The meat of the complaint is not baloney, it's Prime Rib.

Oh I am sure that she took a lot more than that for her personal piggy bank. And for those who are easily offended by such claims, this is only my opinion based on her being a corrupt individual who ran a multibillion dollar foundation that spent a small fraction of its donations on actual foundational aid projects. Plus the fact that by all apparent indicators huge donors to her campaign were able to receive special attention at the state department during her tenure as SOS.
