Great Idea! I'll drape a diaper over the side as well! I'll have to head to a kiddie store and see what they are like. Never having children and at the age my friends haven't had children for years I am totally clueless as to what they are like.

Get a size that will hold a padded insert. Many available on Amazon in different sizes.

I have always advised a diaper bag. they are generaly waterproof, lots of pockets, and padded. Many have outside pocket for a baby bottle...use a baby bottle instead of a water bottle to "advertise" that it is a diaper bag. have a great trip

Thanks everybody for your ideas. I was watching some reviews of various bags and what they might hold. One reviewer was reviewing the Think Tank Retrospective bags. He said as a camera bag goes maybe the most discreet. He then said whenever he travels and wants to be discreet he uses just a leather style messenger bag. Big camera and big lenses plus a water bottle just disappears into a Visconti Leather Organizer Messenger Bag. Cannot even tell there is a camera in it. Only 11x10.2x3.2 I found a beautifully well worn one on eBay cheap. 20eBags has them new for $70
