I saw on an English Vet show that they may get lungworm from eating slugs. a dose of medicine fixed them up.

Thank you Donna, they gave me the tip at the rescue center.. The chap who runs it with his wife said he went to see a man who had some hogs off him and he had given him the same tip. When he got there he saw a hog with a big white stripe painted on its back, on commenting on it he was told at least I know its one of mine...

Thank you very much Merry, I get about 10 a night in and now they have taken to sleeping in my garage as there is a hole at the bottom in the side door leading to the garden just big enough to let them in..
