I once had a friend, Phillip Nutt, who named his son "Goober". Probably ruined the kid's life.

I knew a woman whose maiden name was Snow Ball. I also knew a young man whose last name was Screws. He married a middle school or jr. high teacher and her students were constantly giggling about Teacher Screws, don’t remember her name. It finally got so bad she was ready to quit teaching, so they changed their last name.

While in the military, I found myself in yet another endless line signing into some administrative desk. The guy ahead of me gave his name as Puller. When pressed for a first name he said P. When pressed further for a name he said Peter. Felt sorry for the guy as the desk staff broke out in laughter and the name was repeated loudly for everyone to hear.
