If you blow it up enough you will see more of an issue than a scratch.
If it was just a row of stuck pixels you would not see areas above and below affected.

Did you try switching to a different raw output? From PEF to DNG or vice versa....I've seen PEF files with the same problem, however they were worse....Or perhaps try to re-run a firmware update?
