Bald (meant "white" in 1700's) Eagles our Nation's symbol are at the top of the food chain. I have watched Ospreys and other raptors quickly disperse when one approaches. Over the last 3 months I have observed 2 different aeries and watched the fledging process as the eagles prepare to exit the aerie. I must comment about the equipment I used (Nikon D850 & Sigma 150-600 contemporary) the crop capability of the D850 is amazing for not being a crop camera. Thinking about a Sigma f4 zoom but …….

Wow -- fantastic shots! I'm considering getting a longer zoom. I only have a 250 mm at the moment.

I really like getting up close and personal and an at least 500mm is the minimum for me (teleconverters have not worked for me and have lost too much image quality)
