She advocates accepting illegal aliens, sanctuary cities, allowing illegals to vote, and eliminating the electoral college, among other things. If that isn’t damaging the republic, let alone trying to destroy it, I have no idea what is.

I noticed that you're from Portland and as such, you may not be aware of the strong movement in this state, California. If you had lived here the past 55 years as I have, you would be aware that California is a blue state and has been for many years. And Nancy Pelosi is part of that. Furthermore, it has become clear that the goal of the leaders in this state want open borders and openly invite illegals into the state and to participate in local government activities. I'm not sure exactly the year, but some time ago our democratic state government allowed illegals to apply for and get driver's license over the objection of conservatives such as myself. Many, including myself, felt that this move was the first step in allowing illegals to vote. While I can't point to any one source, it is my strong belief that the goal of this state is to give illegals the right to vote. In many respects, illegals have more rights in this state than citizens. I'm sure that there are many liberals that will take a different view from what I have presented here. In fact, I fully expect it. However, this is my opinion based on what I have observed in this state.

We need both political ideology's Left and Right, to make this country work. Without that there will be no country. This crop of politicians need to relearn how to cross the aisle to work for the good of the republic and not the party line. This goes equally for both sides as they both are at fault.
