Milky Way Returns

We finally had a clear enough night (early morning actually) to attempt a milky way shot. Taken from my yard sometime between 2:45am and 3:30 am local time. It travels relatively fast, so the window for capture with a moderately wide angle, and have the entire arc show is pretty limited.

For some reason, I seem to have lost some of the type.

Camera settings for fisheye: f-3.5, 30 sec. exposure, ISO 1500
Two combined: f-2.8, 20 sec. ISO 2500

Shot 4/3/19

Next goal will be to attempt to have something interesting in the foreground, which may be the most difficult part, as nothing but trees around, and a few power lines I have to contend with! It's fun to attempt something new tho.

You did good in my view.
The fisheye really gives a nice frame to the MW.
Nice work.
