I have a Canon T-90 and two Canon A-1 bodies.....
Also have Canon 50mm f1.4, Canon 28mm f2.8, Tokina ATX 24-40 f2.8, and Vivitar 70-210 f2.8 lenses.
Also a Vivitar 5600 wide (28mm) to tele (200mm) Flash with difuser, on or off camera capability.
Also several other goodies.

And after finding your perfect camera, then of course, the next step is developing and printing. When you get to that point, you’ll find a plethora of bargain priced darkroom equipment both here and locally. Just yesterday, there were some first quality hard rubber developing trays for sale, and I’ll make you an excellent deal on a Bessler 67 dichro enlarger 🤗.

I have an AE-1 with a 50mm Canon lens. I also have a 28-70mm Canon FD lens, a 300mm Canon FD lens and a Vivitar 2X Multiplier. I have been thinking about selling it for a while but since the OP is still in "development" I'll just leave it at that.

I have an earlier QL model that preceded the AE-1 and several lens for it if you are interested. I don't use them any more and I also have vintage 35mm cameras from the 2nd WW as well.

As luck would have it, I have an AE-1, and would be willing to sell. I have not used it since going digital, but shortly before that, I had it checked out by a Canon repair center (in prep for a vacation). I bought it used after my AT-1 was stolen on a prior vacation. It was in good working order when last used. I have the 50mm that came with my AT-1, and some other non-Canon glass that I would be willing to part with as well.
I'd be happy to take a few photos of said gear for you if interested. Cheers
