I've just upgraded from Elements 13 to 19. Everything works fine except I can no longer view a finished image in full screen. When I try, my computer just gives a low key beep. Any suggestions?
Is the command located within the PS Elements workspace? I have 18, but I'll check if I know what to look for (and where)
If you're in the Organizer, here's a related article from a Google search. If you used the F11 key, try F12 instead:

- you must be in Expert mode, not quick or guided
- in the menu Edit >> Preference >> general, you must tick the checkbox to 'allow floating windows' in Expert mode. That way, your image is shown in its own window. You have the usual Windows top menu bar with the usual 3 icons to manage the window. A single click on the middle icon (the square) and the image window fills the screen.
