I would be worried about buying something without know the brand. I just bought a Benro travel tripod on sale from B&H and am very happy with it (and it arrived within 24 hours even though I paid only for normal shipping). Here is the link:

5 section legs plus two section center column to get to 5'3" (+/-) height - can't be very stable. I have seen better prices on Amazon for most of the other stuff with similar quality.
