Hmm - I don't know. And the lens was clean? Do you get spots on "regular" images - like when you shoot just a clear sky? Sometimes sensors get spots on them.
No, the lens is clean, Pat. The artifacts seem to be coming from PSE when it adds the "fill."
I don't see any evidence of them on other images of light objects.
No reason to apologize, Jim. Anyone who's had to remove as much snow as you have this winter deserves a little time to sit and contemplate...you know, like "Why the heck didn't I move to the Keys when I had a chance? LOL Tim
RR, thanks for an interesting challenge. DOn't recall having done one on "panos" before. I will be out till late, so here are my final panos - these tend to be my favorites. Have really enjoyed seeing all the panos and kudos to those who tried it, surprised themselves and learned something new.
Pg 39 - You did save the best for last, Pat!
And I can see why these are your favorites; they're gorgeous!
As much as I love them all, I really, really love #2! Tim
Y'know Tim...One of my pleasures here is when folks work on a Challenge and are happy to share what they have learned and worked on....I too learned here on the Challenge and have been practicing. Thank you for your devotion, Tim
And thank you, Jim, not only for hosting a really fun challenge, but also taking the time to work with those of us that have never done anything like this before.
Your advice, support and encouragement means so much! Tim
