The night of the last Supermoon I saw these really unusual rings around the moon. They may not be unusual but it was the first I had ever seen them. I struggled setting up my new tripod and they were almost gone by the time I get everything ready. (Tip...Practice setting up your tripod before you use the first time.) I tried to process in ACR to get it to the colors as I saw them and I think I got it close. Because it was such an unusual and beautiful site I didn't want to do much more than ACR because I wanted to show it as I saw it.
I included the original so someone with more experience could give it a go and do a better job than I did.
*&%^&*@)&*(^%&*) tripod.
Mine is just lighter and less contrasty (and less sharp?). I've seen those rings on occasion; think you did fine capturing and pp'ing in a natural way.
Had to chuckle about the tripod. Last time I used mine the leg fell off
