I have been shooting RAW for about a year. I have added a step to my workflow and use Nikon's View NX-i/Capture NX-D software to convert and export my files to JPG. That way I can quickly share jpg files before taking the time to fully process my best shots.
I'm sure there is something similar for other camera brands.
To set your expectations... it can take quite a while if you have a lot of images.
