This is one of my favorite winter views - the treelines to the south and west of our property as seen from the porch. They'll soon be filled with leaves and become more amorphous, blocking my view beyond. But for now their skeletons black against the sky or setting sun (what I can see of it) or approaching storm clouds keep me looking there and their weathered wood hold my gaze.

P1 Cruelty to weeds. How could you lhammer just look close there little ears and big noses so sweet. Leave them be they do no harm or the stinging nettle will surely attack you
