I am Mark Farmer, certified professional photographer and graphic designer. I started in photography I high school 35 years ago as a photographer for the newspaper and then a hobby turned into a passion and turned into a career.
I shot with a Canon Rebel XTi and totally love my camera, it amazes me every time I use it. I am old school meaning black and white was the only film when I started shooting so now I find my self converting some of my digital work into b&w.
My career has included training and working with models, photographers and owning a few studios and working in a commercial lab for several years really helped be learn more about post work and that helps me when shooting as session.
My motto in photography is: if a photographer has to comment on his/her photos to sell them, his/she maybe in the wrong business; but I let my photos speak for themselves and they sell themselves which allows me only to have to write up the work order for the lab.
