Wingless Nymph

We have a lot of these in our garden but they never seem to cause any problems. This little guy was only about 15mm long...bad light but I got a couple of shots...you can see where the wings were once, ages ago, the small lattice work on its back. I also like to put a nice cold drink out for my birds when they have their bath...

I've neve heard them called Grass Hopper Nymphs Donna...I'm not sure but I think grass hoopers can fly...I've always known these as wingless nymphs...??

Ron, they look great to me and DDLs really show detail. I like a little whiskey with my coke.
