I'm looking for some opinions on this photo. The "horizon line" isn't straight, but it isn't a horizon, it's a shoreline. If I rotate it even a little, I lose blossoms, etc. Should I correct it?

To me the Memorial and the water are key. So the Memorial should be straight. The way the picture is processed if you were not aware of the cherry blossom thing you would never know they were cherry blossoms. Having said that. All in all, I think it's a well-composed picture.
My $0.02 worth.

The Monument is off, fix that!

I think this is a nice photo. But it could be a very nice photo if the shoreline was corrected. It really is a distraction.

Yes. Correct it.

It's the appearance of a leaning Jefferson Memorial that is most disconcerting to me. I would adjust 1 degree to make it straight, but for your own interests and purpose, you might disagree.

Outside of the slight angle, this is really a beautiful shot.

I will add my opinion and also suggest you straighten it. You spent the time to compose and post-process (which I like) to display your image at its finest. Why leave it incomplete by letting the Jefferson Memorial slide off the image. Besides, you don't lose a noticeable amount of the cherry blossoms.

The crooked horizon would be fine if you were just documenting the view, but then I would think the PP would be much different, more like SOOC.

It's still a lovely image of a special time of the year in DC.

I enjoyed your composition a lot, yet I go along with those indicating the implied horizon needs to be straightened. Coming from someone who enjoys PP, you could always replace lost blossoms. Bev

Instead of straightening it, do a little distortion. That will keep the blossoms.

Agree need to straighten. Any building where vertical lines exist usually need it. Except, of course, that tower in Italy.

I would straighten. There are still plenty of blossoms!

I agree, the tilt is annoying. Also I think the cherry blossoms have a tad much coral tint to them.
Overall it is a very beautiful photo. Where exactly were you standing-with luck I will be going to Dc this summer and would like to try a green version of this :)

While it is true that this is a shoreline and the real horizon is not readily discerned, water seeks its level and where it meets a vertical wall, as it does in this case, and from this low perspective it should be horizontal. And, of course, the tilt of the building supports the view that the image is tilted. Now, to avoid any lose of blossoms, tilting the image so that the water edge and the building verticals are correct (a counter-clockwise rotation) the now blank space at the lower right could be filled in with "fill, content aware".

I have taken the liberty to take a screen grab of your image, rotate it and use content aware fill to fill in the blank space on the lower right. First image is after rotation in PS. Second image is using content aware fill to add content to the bottom and right. Note also that a crop of the bottom, and all blank areas, would not remove enough foliage to be detrimental.
