I received a very nice email this morning... Walgreen's was having a 75% off photo printing event for canvas and metal prints... Here is the result hanging in my daughter's kitchen... Took a little over an hour from the time I uploaded the shot till I received an email saying come on in and pick up your order... Oh 16X20 and I got out of the store for less than $20... definitely a good day

That's just awesome!

But as you know by now, resolution, focus, and bokeh are meaningless on canvas prints. I'm happy that you and your daughter are happy, but canvas perhaps isn't the best way to display really good quality ART prints.

You do not achieve ..art..via a camera. You produce pictures.

Were you happy with the stretching? Mine have been too loose. How about the canvas texture? Mine have been too smooth.

Sorry, but I disagree. The photographer considers composition, light, color, etc., just as the painter does. The camera is a tool in the hands of the photographer/artist.
