A couple of nights ago we had the first clear sky night in awhile. It was time for a star trail shot.
Nikon D7000, Tokina 12-24mm F/4 @ 12mm. SS:30 secs, ISO 200. Annoying plane trails edited out in Photoshop. 243 Images stacked using StarStax: Lighten mode with 4 dark frames. Final image tweaked in Photoshop: Hue/Saturation adjustments. Nik: ColorEFEX Pro plugins. A big Thank you to Keith Carroll for the invite.
