Love this stuff cmc. Strange that you posted this today as presently I am working on a similar project, the history of a Riverside road with photos done in winter and summer. Being St.Patrick's, in this history at that area coffin ships ( from the Potato Famine era) would leave Liverpool with refugees and they would get off here and then ships would load wood to bring back to England.
