Sony A64/6500 with Tamron 18-400 ????- 0r 100-400 ??

Just wondering if ANYONE is using the Sony A6400 or 6500 successfully with either the Tamron 18-400 or 100-400 or, ANY other LONG lens with adapter - and if so, details please ! THANKS !

I have an aluminum plate and a collection of small
rubber or foam cushions to stuff under the lens to
prevent vibration. This particular configuration has
three tripod sockets: Camera, adapter, and collar.

Sooo, what lens is this ?? I assume manual focus ?Looks like the MD 200 macro .....
