Dying of the Chicago River: St. Patrick's Day
The dying of the Chicago River has been a tradition for St. Patrick's Day since 1961. It happens before Chicago's St. Patty's Day Parade. Two families hold the closely guarded formula. The material is a powder plumber's use to check for leaks on pipes.
Attached is the end result.
