Nations Photo Lab

I have to give a boost to Nations Photo Lab. I recently ordered some metal prints from them. When I got the package, delivered by the USPS, one corner of the box was seriously bent. When I opened the box, two of the prints had one corner badly bent. Obviously someone was careless somewhere along the way. I immediately got on the phone with Nations Photo Lab and spoke to a very pleasant-sounding lady and explained what happened. Without a blink she assured me that it was no problem, that they would make two more prints to replace the damaged ones and get them in the mail, and this time with a sturdier box. Instead of having to wait for 10 days for the prints to get here via USPS snail mail, they arrived in just 4 days! This was all done at no cost to me. Nations Photo Lab was a pleasure to do business with, and I wilsl be using them again.

I have no affiliation with this company, other than it was a good call to have them make my prints. The prints turned out very good and they had no problem replacing the ones that were damaged. I'd recommend them to anyone. Every once in awhile, something bad turns out good. Just wanted to share a good experience. The replacements arrived this afternoon, and we are pleased with them.

Very good to hear. Thank you for recommending Nations Lab - they are obviously oriented to positive customer service. You were obviously receptive to their efforts to make things right and that helped as well to resolve this situation. Applause all around!

I have had the same experience with them when the post office folded my 16x20’s--quick free replacement, no questions asked. They do good work, too!
Kudos to that company.

That’s good to know, Greg. I’ve never used them, but will give them a try next time around.

Hey Karen. Yeah, I'm quite pleased with the results, both the quality of the metal prints as well as the excellent customer service.
I might add that I am now on their email list, and they have frequent sales. There was a 50% off on all metal prints going on at the time I ordered ours, but I was too late. The savings was still 40% off! I get several ads a week with special sales savings, most all of which are substantial savings.

Gotta love the USPS for transporting photos. I received a photo from a friend packaged well with double cardboard on both sides. I had a hole completely through the package and print. How did they do that?

Thanks for that additional info, Greg. I’ll make sure to get on their list, too.
