Need some advice please

Hi everyone, I am new here and could really use some advice. I was shooting photos at a party and took a very special photo of two people who I very rarely get to see.
When looking at the camera, the photo looked great! When I got home and put it up on my computer screen the photo was very blurry. Is there anyway I can fix this? This photo is so important to me and I'm hoping for advice how to rectify this.

Depending on how bad it is you can unsharp mask. That will just sharpen the edges though
