Just a few pics from a late morning shoot on the one sunny day we've had in the last week or more.
Visited a marsh area where I've seen pheasants previously. Photos captured with a Nikon D7200 and 200 - 500 lens. Distance roughly 200 feet.

SC, thanks for your comment. It was a thrill. I was on site for about 30 minutes waiting for even better photos that never materialized. Fun just watching nonetheless.
