Yes, but now we will see the states piling on under the guise of protecting the Justice System from a Trump pardon, Trump is not going to pardon Manafort just like there was no need to pass an unconstitutional law prohibiting him from firing Mueller.

Look how giddy Frank is, his reaction has little to do with Manafort and everything to do with Trump.
