No Neither. Maybe humidity. Hoping it goes back to normal home tonight.

My full size didn't work either but that may be because the camera's are frozen but I put it in both to no avail.

No I always format in camera. They were brand new and no reason to put in computer yet.

Will do. I have my cell phone so it will suffice and now I can focus on family time instead of the next shot

I only shoot Sony cameras but use SanDisk and Delkin SD cards with no problems. After I download images from the cards I always reformat them in camera. could it be that you need to format the cards in the camera you are using that card in? I wonder if the crop sensor in the A6000 requires a different formatting operation of SD cards than the full frame A7iii?

The concerns already expressed about micro adaptors are good consideration also.

I always reformat in camera prior to use of any card going into camera.
I don't reuse cards I keep them with original images on them and replace when full or end of trip.
Each camera has its own new card everytime one fills up.

Thanks for info though

I have used SanDisk cards with the a7iii with no problem. I am guessing, as others have said here, that the problem might be the micro sd cards. Wherever you are in Hawaii, you should be able to get a regular SD card. I would try that to see if it helps.

Did you insert them in the correct way. On my a6000 card orientation should be printed face to left, side with contacts to right. Did you format the card in camera - this is necessary.

All micro sd cards should come with a standard size adapter. Failures likely to be crud on the contacts or bent pins. Take out you 10x mag glass and study the slots.

Try a fresh battery and a regular SD card. Always format the card in the camera it is going to be used in. I hope this works. Happy Shooting.

Yes and yes. The full frame and crop sensor are opposite.
Thanks

If you read the comments on this, most of them argue the substance of the article is nonsense.
