I have uploaded my photos onto a laptop into Lightroom CC I then got on to another computer and logged in to lightroom cc and went to library but there wasn't any pictures. I would think that they should be there . Am I doing something wrong or is that the way it works? Thanks Dean

There are two products with similar names.

That said, if you are on Lightroom CC, make sure you have logged in with both. Sync may take some time.

Your photos are not "in" Lightroom. You just told Lightroom where they were - on your other computer. If you want to work with your photos on either computer you will probably have to put both your photos and Lightroom on a external disk that you can switch between computers.

With the (cloud) Lightroom CC they are more, sorta "in" than out. So if on one computer, you put your photos in (cloud) Lightroom CC on any computer or device they are visible and editable on any other device and even via a website.

Dean,

You need to read up on LR a bit in order to learn how the application works. You decide where to load photos to and you decide your organization system. LR only mirrors linked folders. As others have said, you also need to know which LR product you are in. LR Classic CC is a desktop only application and the LR CC is the creative cloud version. When using the Classic version you control everything. I don't use LR CC but I think it is cloud-based. Knowledge is everything.
