The article that originally made those claims was an April Fool's day joke, written specifically to see how many i***ts would fall for it. It included a many easily disprovable claims (like Obama got his undergraduate studies paid for by a scholarship which only pays for graduate degrees, and quotes from non-existent organizations). It even had a disclaimer in small print at the bottom saying it was f**e.
