Ok here I am again. These pictures show a little later in the spring but before the big bloom. You might also wonder who would bother to take pictures of a path.an old shovel, or fire wood. The parasities is interesting at least to the ladies of the garden clubs and the grandchildren have grown even more than the plants. One should never fertilize grandchildren. My frogs are always willing to pose as long as I keep the grandchildren away and even kissing them doesn't change them. The two turkeys I had to wait for until they came together and they took forever at least for someone my age who is always conscious of time passing. After a garden club one lady said now she had to go straight home and paint her shovel. The solomon seal I have both in color and B&W but I like the B&W best even if it is a toss up but then again my judgment is always best since I say so. The last two are spent Coltsfoot flowers. Another case where the flower is not always the the best display for the plant. Today the last of my snow left but I am still holding my breath as I still remember 17" on a St Patrick day.

Thanks everyone. I love to show off my woods. The first gardener here (God) set everything up to make it easy for me. All I have to do is look and click.

A marvelous set, Spike. A delightful subject - nice lighting - perfect focus. I love Solomon Seal with it's sparkling dew drops. I'm also holding my breath - many years ago we had a blizzard in May. Thank you for posting these for our enjoyment.

I love #1 cause I still have snow on the ground in NY and am longing for the refreshing greenness of spring. Glad you waited to get the turkey duo shot! And my favorite is the black and white Solomon's seal! Thanks for sharing!
