Got the pictures done, finishing the text and trying to work with Blurb's Bookwright program to fit pictures to the page.Their Bookwright may be easy for someone who's done page layouts and text boxes and text-flos, but I'm having a hard time with the program. Anybody out there done this Bookwright right?
I do indirectly but through Lightroom and the book module. Just finished my first and it came out great - good book quality. I took a peek at the web interface(bookwright) and wasn't thrilled with the interface. LR brings all the templates inside. If you don't use LR this is no help for you. You might want to check youtube to see if there are some helpful videos.
Peter,
It is a long story as to why they wouldn't allow me to use their 35mm camera, which I presumed was reserved for their 'favorites', which I was NOT! Long Story, no need going into it.
Regardless, I was stuck with the Jimmy Olsen 'Special', but I learned the value of cameras with Roll Film instead of single negatives, from cumbersome Large Cameras that required two foot lockers to haul around the required film packs and flash bulbs.
And not to cast bad news on the single negative cameras, because they had the BEST BLOW-UP Features for huge Court Room presentations for serious cases! Absolutely HUGE PHOTOS that sat on very large easels, for the Juries to view!
It was just a pain in the caboose to drag around those two foot lockers of necessary gear.
Scooter,
Yes, i discovered several Youtube videos which i will view frequently of Bookwright.
