I only have two peach trees, Last year I gave hundred's away, ate I don't know how many and put some in the freezer, Looks like we are going to have many this year, The trees just started to bloom when we had a hard freeze two nights ago, but today with near 80 deg. they are really putting out the blooms.

I also got a new camera, or should say new to me, bought it used at a great price and it's like new. I needed another camera like another hole in my head, but I had 12 Minolta AF lenses that I have had for years + 19 Manual focus lenses that I shoot on my Sony a6000 and A7rII that I also have had for years now.

anyway I bought a used Sony A77 and I really like it, still learning it but we are getting along just fine.

So here are a few with that camera.

My post polio syndrome is improving some now that the weather has heated up some, but still shaking some, hope to get back to normal sometime this spring.

Thanks for Looking!!!!

Johnny

nice pics... brings back memories... had 30 +- peach trees of my own... keep them pruned and thin peaches to be no closer than 6" to each other once they go through their own natural drop at roughly 1/2" size. you will have peaches the size of softballs....pick them once you feel just a little give when you squeeze them.... the sweet juice will run down your arm when you eat them in the orchard...don't forget it takes half as many 3" peaches to fill a basket as 2" ones.

hey HOT... my father had over 300 peach trees and was still considered "small" time around here. he would not thin quite as hard as i did and picked a little less ripe... people would drive past his and buy from me but with only 30 trees i could be more "personal" with each tree. it's awful hard to throw most on the ground, sometimes more than 80%, while thinning but more than worth it in the end.

Beautiful shots of your lovely peach tree blooms, Johnny, and I'm so glad you're feeling better!! We had 3 nights of freezing temps this week, but the new leaves and blooms survived.
