In a previous thread https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-581703-1.html I was struggling with compositing multiple elements in an image so that there was balance between them. I ended up separating them into two images which I liked very much but I didn't give up on combining them. Thanks to the many wonderful suggestions and specifically Stephan G, I think I have resolved the issue and in the process was better able to tell the story I had in my mind. I hope you enjoy and your comments are always welcome.

Now that is creative that I can wrap my mind around, Keni!

This is so much fun! That tower gets more and more intriguing with each edit Two observations: there seems to be a tiny Taj Mahal floating low in the sky on the right side. Should that be there? And, you might consider pushing a few of the clouds onto the moon - or part of the moon. Preference?

Thanks once again for your creativity and for following up with the wonderful feedback from all the folks who commented in your other topic.

Thanks Mike. I think I am going to continue building on it. Maybe put in a whole village.

Linda I appreciate all the comments. Ultimately I have to please myself but I always learn and gain something from the feedback I get.

In this one I am attempting to build a fantasy world. All fantasies need a castle and a dragon. I also put another castle on the other side of the bridge. I see that I needed to ground them so they didn't look like they were floating. Playing with fog again. I tried to make the horizon behind the castles. There are some clouds across the moon. I guess just not dark enough.

The castles are separated by a chasm but the bridge connects the two kingdoms. An evil sorcerer lives in the tower and is attempting to block the flow of free commerce across the bridge. He is aided by his dragon minions that rule the skies. Together they hold back the sun but unknown to them a child has been born with the power to tear down the tower and reunite the two kingdoms in peace. He must survive to bring about the new dawn! That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Wow, OMG, what a wonderful image! Great story line that could lead to several more images. No, don't ground the castles. Having them floating like that makes them magical. The magical bridge is wonderful, the smoke from the Tower is a great touch. My only question is the significance of the power lines and transmission tower? Do the kingdoms still share some commerce?

Thank you so much! I do have to confess that the significance of the power lines and tower is my lack of ability to remove them successfully. The kingdoms do still share some commerce. They had a previous tariff agreement that the evil one has modified which now funnels all the profits to his treasure chamber. Some of the profits do trickle out and are found by the people but not enough to be shared by all. If only the fog produced by the evil one that clouds men's minds could be lifted.

Great storytelling, Keni! I kinda got it even before you explained it in detail. When you do a fantasy image, the general theme is apparent. Not everyone has that talent.

Do we set up a FundMe page for the forthcoming pitchforks, torches, and carts? With a special request for the Village People to provide the music portion? "YMCA!...."

Yeah, I knew that. Well, maybe not quite that, but I knew it had a good story! It’s a real improvement over the first attempt Keni - and I like your imagination - that’s going to come in very handy for your composite.

Andy I am very appreciative of your comments. I have always had a vivid imagination and I am so happy I have finally found an outlet for it.
