I am anxiously awaiting a Fujifilm X-T30 with a 23mm f2.0 lens and the XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 R LM OIS Lens. What do you recommend getting for when the camera arrives. Hopefully in 2 weeks!

Those are the two lenses I have with my X-T2 - you will love them. I would just get out there and shoot and decide what focal length you use the most. You may need a longer zoom eventually (I am going to get the 55-200 soon) Fuji doesn't make a bad lens in my opinion so I went with the lightest because I carry mine with me everyday.

What I'd suggest you get for your new X-T30 is (the free download of) Capture One Fujifilm Express. Its certainly not the only software package that plays nice with Fuji .raf files, but its among the best.

Just searched for this, and can not find the free version.

Its been a while, and things might've changed in the meantime, but go to Capture One's web site, look for and click on the trial download of C1, and you should
then see an option to download C1Fujifilm Express in lieu of the full ($) version.

Much wisdom in getting that 23mm Fujichron lens. I'm betting it will ride on your new camera, most of the time. I usually have a Fujichron or the 27mm Pancake on the camera, and the 18-55mm in a small bag or pocket.
I highly recommend Dan Bailey's eBook, X Series Unlimited, available on Amazon. It's much easier to understand than the Fuji manual, and it offers some great tips and tricks. While others have suggested Capture One Express/Fuji (and I agree that it's an excellent RAW converter), the latest version of Lightroom CC Classic has been vastly improved to better handle Fuji's RAW files, which might explain why the full version of Capture One (v12/Fuji) is now half price. Capture One is excellent, but you'll be facing a fairly steep learning curve, especially if you already know your way around LR. Another alternative is to use Iridient Transformer on those rare cases with challenging, extra fine details. Transformer can be installed as a LR plugin, and it will convert your Fuji RAF files to DNG which can then be processed in LR. But the really good news about your new XT-30 is that the Fuji jpeg files are so good, that in many cases you might not have to bother with Fuji's RAW files. If you get Dan Bailey's book, he'll explain why. Anyway, welcome to the Fuji Fan Club.
I would recommend the 50 mm f2 lens. It's the absolute best- never lets me down- lens.
It is small, lightweight, portable, sharp, versatile, weather resistant and relatively inexpensive (by today's standards).

You can google Capture One Express and it will bring you up to the right page. Then you will need to fill out a profile, establish a password and away you go. Although I clicked on the free express I have a feeling they sent the complete version to try for 30 days. Oh well, I will see when it gets finished downloading. I have always wanted to try this software but the professional version is expensive. But since the Express is still free nothing to lose.

I'll strongly 2nd the motion on Dan Bailey's book(s). And...if you ever get a chance to meet him, do so; a delightful fellow who does not act like he's above you, in any way.
Yes, I recently met him in New York and he is a very pleasant guy who was happy to answer my questions.
