The download is quite nice.
I like this a lot. I think it could do with a little bit of a crop to a wider aspect ratio. Pulling the top down to show the bottom of the dark clouds (just eliminating the white tops not the dark parts) and bringing the bottom up about halfway to the trench would make a more dynamic image.

To carry the Harris Tweed label the cloth has to be woven on the island. The wool also has to come from Harris but the yarn is spun elsewhere. The weaving is still done either in the home or in an outbuilding, there are no factories and I don't think there are any tailors on the islands, tourist shops selling clothing, yes.
