Anyone with an education in geology will tell you your statement is completely false. There are many examples within the geologic record that show species changing over time.

Don’t conflate change in species with “molecules-to-man” evolution. Adaption within kinds is observable science, creationists love real science.
The fairy tale of evolution is not the same thing.

Remember after 9/11? All the PTBs were in hiding, and all planes were grounded. After the second day of no jets, the weather started changing in the flyover states.

No such thing as chem trails. What you see is simply water, the product of combustion, same as what is in the clouds. And the same as what emits from the exhaust from internal combustion engines such as are found in vehicles. And yes they do produce CO2, an essential nutrient for plant life.

Somewhat but understanding economic principles is not the strong suit of AOC and her supporters. We have problems but their proposals are a disease that will further worsen our current situation. What they are wanting to do is economic suicide. Expanding the welfare state will further add to our deficit which is already out of control. The current rate of rise in the deficit will soon start to accelerate our inflation rate which is an insidious tax on everyone. More free stuff is what got us in the current mess.
I will try to attach a small book - Economics in One Lesson by Henry Hazlitt. Also Google Thomas Sowell for some sound economic writings and videos.

Since AOC has a degree in economics, we should find out where she graduated from. I'm sure they're cringing every time it comes up. Not exactly a selling point for recruitment. Another glittering jewel of collosal ignorance. The long knives are out for her, and that's from her own party.

No - they don't reject facts. They are like Trump - they create their own "alternative" facts. I always thought that the simple proof that the Earth was round was that the ship's mask is visible no the horizon when you can no longer see the body of the ship.... And forget the fact that no one has ever actually fallen off the edge of the Earth in spite of ships and airplanes circling the Earth every day...

Must be in the AOC school of thought!!!

Reading through the comments of this thread, I came across your comment, rhadams...Thank you, thank you, thank you...you gave me the laugh of the morning! I hope Alexandra Ocasio Cotex, (Cortez) LOL, doesn't get her mind on this theory. If she does, we may all be required to wear parachutes all the time because we may fall off the flat side of the earth....
Again thanks,
Rich...

Wow! Sounds like about half our population.

Also scary.

After reading this I thought it would be a hoot to watch the video...I was wrong!

Turned it off soon after the gyroscope test failed miserably

Yes, it was a disappointment because they didn't attempt to offer any proof. Toward the end, they performed the laser experiment, and it proved that the earth is round, so they're going to find a new way to do it.

There must be something in this "Flat Earth Society" as they have many members and they go as far to say they have members

"ALL ROUND THE GLOBE."

Needless to say easy to guess their political affiliation...reality is just a nuisance,

I don't know either party (s) are stupid enough to think the world is flat. I used to kid a guy who wanted to sell me 110 acres for $1,000 an acre. Told him it was at the edge of the world and if I went any further, I would fall off. Well, now the property is worth $8,000,000. So who thinks it's at the edge of the world now?

True.

Everyone has their bias' and blind spots and no matter how much logic is brought to bear, they will persist in their beliefs.

The fact is...our most basic beliefs are axioms that (by definition) aren't provable...if they were, then they wouldn't be axioms.

Here is a revealing quote by Professor Richard Lewontin, a geneticist (and self-proclaimed Marxist). He's a renowned champion of neo-Darwinism, and certainly one of the world’s leaders in evolutionary biology.

It illustrates the implicit philosophical bias against Genesis creation—regardless of whether or not the facts support it.

He says:

‘We take the side of science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, in spite of its failure to fulfill many of its extravagant promises of health and life, in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated just-so stories, because we have a prior commitment, a commitment to materialism.

It is not that the methods and institutions of science somehow compel us to accept a material explanation of the phenomenal world, but, on the contrary, that we are forced by our a priori adherence to material causes to create an apparatus of investigation and a set of concepts that produce material explanations, no matter how counter-intuitive, no matter how mystifying to the uninitiated. Moreover, that materialism is an absolute, for we cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door.’

I watched a documentary on Netflix last night - "Beyond the Curve." It was about the growing popularity of the flat earth movement. It was disappointing. I expected members to offer their "proof." The only thing they did in terms of proof was saying something vague about planes flying in the southern hemisphere and being able to see buildings in the distance. Actually, I'm surprised they used the term "hemisphere."

They did put a lot of emphasis on two scientific experiments, one using a $20,000 gyroscope and the other using lasers over a distance of several miles. These two experiments were going to prove that the earth was flat. The gyro experiment didn't turn out the way they wanted, so they tried it two more times in different ways. Now they are planning to try something else with the gyroscope. It was the same with the laser experiment. When they didn't get the result they wanted, they said they would have to try it a different way. So, if you want your calculator to say that 1 + 1 = 3, modify your calculator.

What's scary about this group is that they reject facts. As more people accept the idea that the earth is flat, there will be more people willing to reject facts and believe conspiracy theories. Supposedly, NASA and all the governments of the world are involved in a conspiracy to maintain the idea of an earth shaped like a ball. This great lie has been maintained for hundreds of years. A reporter asked their "king" why they couldn't just travel to the edge of the world. He said they are getting funding to do just that.

Their king said that doing a search on Google used to bring up 50,000 items. Now, you get 90 million. Stupidity, gullibility, and rejection of facts are dangerous characteristics of a population. For example, we didn't really land on the moon, lizard people are ruling us, the government is holding aliens at Area 51, there is a secret alien base on the dark side of the moon, chemtrails are poisoning us, the shooting at the Sandy Hook school never happened.
