I've been wanting to shoot this old car for a few weeks. The sun was actually out later in the day today and I was free around 3:00 pm. They are not very good images since the sun was partially blocked by some trees and I was experimenting with the "Sunny 16" rule. I was shooting manual, ISO 100 & 200 - f/16 & f/11 - 1/100 & 1/200. The unedited images were very dark and this is the best I could do in PP. A wider aperture and/or slower shutter speed would probably have produced better images. I plan to take another series earlier in the day when the sun is out, hopefully tomorrow.

The vines are Kudzu and in the summer the car is all but invisible, just a mass of green is seen.

Man, that's in serious need of a little TLC. Just cutting the Kudzu away would let us see what's really there. Judging from the front wheel/wheel cover and how low the front appears to be, it may have been on the way to being someone's street rod. Seems to be on a trailer or some other means of elevation.

Nice, interesting photos. Thanks.
